Introducing Restorative Yoga Trapeze Classes every month.

Arielle has a background teaching restorative yoga classes prior to opening this studio, with her knowledge and curiosity. She has adapted general restorative poses with the Yoga Trapeze to cultivate an expansive and relaxing experience.

 

I found yoga trapeze in March 2016 - taking the trapeze to the Tower Grove Park was the highlight of my summer. I felt the benefits changing my body and how I felt, knew I wanted to bring it to a class setting. Applied to a 200 hr yoga teacher training for a solid foundation of yoga knowledge then I flew to Barcelona Spain for the 50 hr Yoga Trapeze Training in November 2017 and worked for months to develop this drop down yoga studio. Opened the doors in August 2018 and it has caught fire with everyone that attends a class!
